Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance by You

The Promotion "BONUS GATES HOODIE WHEN YOU SPEND $500 IN GATES PRODUCTS” is promoted by Truckzone (ACN 119 749 352) of 511 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164. 

By participating in that promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these conditions. 

2. Prize

2.1        The prize (GATES hoddie), valued at $45, will be awarded to each customer that spends $500 or more in Truckzone, Gleeman or Coburg stores nationally. This amount includes GST.  

2.2        The $500 can be cumulated across multiple invoices and multiple branches, from 1-Jul-21 to 30-Sep 21.

2.3        To receive the Prize the customer must apply before 30 September 2021 5pm at one of Truckzone, Gleeman or Coburg stores by submitting the below documents:

2.3.1        A copy of their invoice(s) for a total amount of $500 including GST minimum.

2.3.2        the redemption form filled in with the customer’s details and requested size.

2.4       The customer will be notified of their submission by email, by a Product Manager within 3 business days.

2.5       Prize will be sent to customers by mail at no cost for the customer.

2.6       Prize available in one colour only (Black).

2.7       Prize is not redeemable for cash or other products and services.

2.8       Prize is not transferable.

2.9       Once received prize cannot be exchanged.

2.10     Truckzone will try their best to match the size requested by the customer but will accept no responsibility if size is not available. Sizes available are XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 5XL.

2.11     Hoodies available until stock last. 

   

3. Disclaimers

3.1       Truckzone reserve the right to verify the validity of form and invoices and to disqualify any entrant that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

3.2       Truckzone also accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise. You should seek independent financial advice about such matters. 

 

4. Your personal information

4.1        As a result of your entering the Promotion, Truckzone may collect certain personal information about you, such as your name, address, and telephone number. 

4.2        Unless you object, this information may be used to send you news, information, and material.

4.3        If you notify Truckzone that you do not wish it to use your personal information for any particular purpose, Truckzone will endeavour to take the necessary measures to meet your request.

5. Indemnity

You release and agree to keep Truckzone indemnified from any claim, cost, demand, tax, liability, or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by us, our directors, employees, agents, and representatives arising out of your entry in the Promotion or any claim by a third party arising from an act or omission by you.

  

6. Failure to comply

Truckzone is not liable for any failure to comply with these conditions.

  

7. Entire Agreement 

These conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Truckzone.
